Too bad earlier reviewer had a bad experience, but on several visits ours has been excellent. We go to Palladio on every one of our frequent trips to Charlottesville. This is as close to Tuscany as we've found in the USA. Like in Tuscany, the wait staff is not the fawning, "Hi, I'm Charlie and I'll be your waiter" type and we're grateful for that! |

This restaurant has a very slick web site, and bills itself as a posh northern Italian restaurant.
The service was indeferant, the wait staff would dissapear for 20 minutes at a time, the water glasses were not kept full, none of the courses were offered to the person who order it.
If you have lunch at a winery you would think they could serve the wine ordered, it NEVER CAME.
The food was only fair. Drive another 10 minutes and find a great restaurant.
Food over salted. |
