You Must Turn off Washington To Get a Great Meal	Oct 5th, 2001
This place is hidden on 4th and Bloomfield, but it's reputation is surpassing Washington Street. The Chef is a welcomed addition to Hoboken. There are too many pasta places, pizza places etc, this place is unique. They serve ostrich, wild boar and other creative dishes. It is a bring your own but they will order wine for you and have it there in minutes.
