The food is fresh and the pasta plates creative with excellent flavor. Service is always attentive, and this is a great place for bringing a date or for a special occasion - although the prices allow for more casual dining. The portions are ample, but not overwhelming. Only compliant is the cramped quarters. |

Excellent italian food, a great atmosphere, moderately high prices.. We happen to love this chain of places, however this location in Naperville is a bit snooty. Hostesses are often astounded that someone would walk in without a reservation, even though seating is often available. Perhaps they are trying to create demand, yet this type of attitude is less than professional. My personal recommendation is that you should try ZaZa's, an extraordinary place on St. Charles west side. The owner was a former chef at franchescas and we have found that he has made some improvements to the menu and attitude of the restaurant. Enjoy |
