I tried Napolitan's on a whim years ago and I go there every time I'm in town. I always order their pizza. Almost any combination will satisfy. The crust tastes like fresh baked bread, a rarity in a pizza house. Ask for a side order of sauce because you'll want to eat the slice ends like a breadstick. The pizza sauce itself is delicious, freshly made with who knows what herbs and spices. To die for! Ambient and intimate atmosphere with half the building used as a sports bar and the other half a comfortable dining room. There is a spacious patio in the back if you like eating outside. This place is the best. Definately worth the trip if you're within 100 miles of Gainesville. |
