The food is always top notch in a kinda casual/hip way. A tad pricey for G-ville but you leave feeling you got your moneys worth. Great pizza, filet & the best garlic rolls you'll ever eat. |

Over an hour between appetizers and dinner, then literally another hour after dinner to get my check. One of the worst restaurant experiences I have had. Food was average at best. To top things off, they double-chargeed my credit card!!! |

The restaurant was recommended to us as a nice place to eat in Gainesville. The hostess seated us quickly, the atmosphere is casual and comforting, our waitress was there promptly, but she seemed to be having an "off" night. . .maybe she was just bored on a slow Sunday.
Whatever the case --
We had a hummus appetizer that was well prepared and presented, and my partner had a delicious pasta in a tequila cream sauce that was not too rich and pleasingly spicy; it was delicious. I, however, had Tortelloni Raphael, and it honestly tasted like overly boiled packaged pasta with a can of diced Italian-style tomatoes and artichokes. There appeared to be a lot of good pickings on the menu -- just stear clear of the Tortelloni. I might have mentioned this to the waitress, had she asked us how the meal was. |

Ever since I left Gainesville years ago, I have always compared their carbonara with every other place that I have eaten. Not one restaurant can compare or even come close to it.
I still crave it now. |

Pasta Agave is amazing. Good service, great food, even better garlic rolls. (Get them with maranara.) I love this place! |

A truly excellent pizza starts with the crust and evidently Leo's 706 is the only place in town that has taken this fundamental truth to its' bosom. The Caesar is heavily laden with garlic and anchovy the way any Caesar deserving of the name should be. Add a skewer of seared tuna and you've got something remarkable. |
