My order took almost 2 hours - for 2 subs and a chicken parmesean entree - and was cold when I got it. Chicken was tough, but tasted ok. Steak sub tasted weird.
My bank card was charged twice. The staff was very rude and told me they were too busy to correct the issue. This happened Friday and they told me I can wait until Tuesday because "they are not going anywhere".
Bottom line: I paid $72 for 2 subs and 1 entree, that were very average at best, and to be treated like a loser. I prefer Annie's or Pasquale's instead; they are very good with great customer service and an excellent value. |
